Hello!

Thanks for checking out my page!

My name is Ashley Nadeau, proud owner of my Nikon DSLR, which comes everywhere with me!

After over a decade of snapping photos and playing around with editing software for fun, I realized that photography is a real passion of mine and I wanted to do more.

I began taking photography more seriously a few years ago now and have loved every second - from X, to Y, to Z.

I like to photograph pretty much anything and everything.

However, the areas I’ve fallen in love with most are weddings, engagements and portraits (even though I did learn most of my techniques taking long photo walks after work and practicing on landscape photography).

Why are these areas my favorite?

Weddings are beautiful. I love being a part of every emotion of this special day; laughter, tears, extreme joy, and all in the matter of a few hours. It is truly a magical memory that I get to capture! I am there to capture the crying family members, the excited guests, the beautiful little details and of course the celebration when all the stress is gone and the couple is officially married! Weddings are not posed, they are truly a present moment for all. Its exciting, its real and its a challenge; that I am ready to capture for you! Who dosen’t love love?

Engagement sessions allow me to capture those perfect little moments that illustrate a couple’s love story. It’s not all about the posing; it’s the laughing, the sweet looks; and of course the love chemistry that makes it truly amazing. As I said before, who dosen’t love love? And I get to capture it first-hand!

Portraits can vary for me and thats why I love them. I have done maternity shoots, fashion shoots, musicians and bands, bloggers and even some unconventional headshots for a health and fitness magazine. The variety I get with portraits allows for a different kind of creativity. I love, love, love coming up with an idea for a shoot and working with my clients to make it come to life!

Photography for me about freezing moments……

Would you capture it…

Or just let it slip…
